Facts Isabella Cottage is named after Isabella Bird, one of the first women to ride her horse "Birdie" from Denver to Estes in 1873. You will find a copy of her book in the cabin, please feel free to read about Isabella as you sit by the fire. Enjoy Estes Park, the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park with over 500 miles of hiking trails amidst some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.  |
